My birthday is tomorrow and my mom is making me gumbo and bread pudding like she does every year. And I’m going out to a grungy bar to celebrate. Are there a lot of calories in gumbo, bread pudding, and alcohol? Yes. Will it set me back a little bit in my goals? Yes. But I really think taking a day off from your diet (only one day, not taking every weekend off or something like that) is good for you. It can help you get off plateaus and keep you sane as well! Just remember that losing weight takes time and its not gonna happen in one day, so one day of being a little over your daily limit wont keep you from getting where you want to be. (And you can always just work harder in your workout that day!) Good luck to everyone on the same journey I am!

How did you lose the weight so fast? And how much did you eat daily after to keep at that weight? Good luck love xx
Basically tried to kept my calories low each day and did long workouts a couple times a week. It really just takes will power to do it every day even though its much harder than eating whatever you want and being lazy. I had to keep reminding myself of what I wanted. After I lost it I didn’t work out so much but I still kept eating healthily so I stayed at that weight for a few months. However, some things came up in my life that made the stress eat basically for a long time so I gained it back. Just work hard to get it off and once you’re there, focus on eating right and working out when you have time. You don’t have to work so hard since you’re only maintaining, rather than losing. Thanks for the luck, and good luck to you too!
here we go again…
So last summer I lost 20 pounds in about 2.5 months. I felt great and really pleased with how i looked after the weight loss. But for whatever reason, I fell off the wagon and now a year later I’ve gained it all back. So for the past two weeks, I’ve started to weight loss journey again. I just need to remember how good it felt to be my ugw and use that to get there again and actually keep it!

OFFICIALLY LOST 20 POUNDS :)
After being stuck on a plateau for soo long, finally made it to 110, which means I’ve lost 20 pounds :D. So excited! I feel like I should treat myself to a reward of some kind for reaching this goal… Maybe some new clothes or something. Anyone want to let me know what your rewards are for reaching goals?
I hope everyone is progressing well and staying on track! If I can do it, I know everyone else can too! Good luck ladies! :)
